Transfer
was,
until
May
2002,
one
of
the
principal
French-speaking
media
devoted
to
the
impact
of
new
technologies.
Considered
by
the
World
"one
of
the
best
French
magazines
on
Internet",
Transfert.net
was
repurchased
by
Transfert2
association
a
few
months
after
its
disappearance.
Founded
by
Valentine
Lacambre,
Laurent
Chemla
and
Gregory
Fabre,
this
association
decided
to
start
again
the
activity
of
Transfert.net
in
the
form
of
a
news
service
on
line.
The
drafting
is
made
up
of
old
journalists
of
Transfer,
who
control
the
leading
line
of
the
project.

Our
lives
are
more
and
more
controls
by
new
technologies,
whose
influence
is
felt
from
a
point
of
view
as
well
scientific
and
economic
as
political,
social
and
cultural.
Whereas
the
occupation
of
journalist
Internet
is
disaster
victim
and
that
the
"multi-media"
near
total
of
the
headings
disappeared
from
the
newspapers,
we
think
that
the
Internet
is
not
summarized
with
the
consumerism
of
the
pages
"high
tech".
On
the
contrary,
the
subject
deserves,
according
to
us,
a
journalistic
treatment
of
all
its
implications.
The
Internet
and
the
new
networks
revolutionize
the
concept
access
to
information.
A
many
professionals
of
the
media
seem
disorientated
by
the
profusion
of
data
available.
The
wire
of
information
of
Transfert.net
wants
to
be
a
tool
to
perceive
and
include/understand
all
the
richness
of
the
Net.
It
brings
to
the
public
discussion
subjects
and
questions
emanating
from
networks
which,
of
journalistic
relays
and
validation,
pain
with
to
be
heard.
